I’ve identified as Bisexual for 10 years.

I’ve identified as cross-cultural and bi-cultural for many years due to both my African-American/American-Indian/West Indian parents marrying Irish Americans after my birth.  All of my 6 siblings are bi-racial Americans.

My racial background: African American, British West Indian, American Indian, and a bit of White too from maternal and paternal grandparents.

The mission of San Luis Obispo, EST 1776

I was raised in San Luis Obispo, a small coastal California town.  While I’ve lived in Los Angeles and New York, I will always identify as a small town American.

My mother, Lori Atwater, a LEED certified Sustainable Engineer, helped start one of the first internets in California back in 1991.  I first got online when she brought a modem to my 2nd grade class in 1989.  I’ve been online heavily since 1991 and have had the same AIM name, ylifer9 for 18 years now.

Showing off The Duchess of York’s website to the Queen’s webmaster at a Duke of York holiday party in London.  A close second, premiering tor.com at Comic Con 2008

Hi there! Sorry I’ve not been able to call everybody back, but hopefully I can answer some questions:

*Bring anyone you want, we’ll be taking over the lawn side of the Federal Building sidewalk.

We set out to make a small statement, on the stagnation that was becoming the national health care debate. We learned much more about ourselves, the opposition and skin itself. The next rally will be on August 29th, 2009 at the LA Federal Building in Westwood (Wilshire & Veteran) at 12 Noon.
